00:14:32: the moment in the recording this was said
Everything stays on your device
Recording, transcription, speaker identification and summarization all run on the phone, using Apple's own on-device speech and intelligence. Your conversations never reach a server, because there is no server. After its speech and speaker models download the first time, it works in airplane mode.
From recording to notes, automatically
Record a meeting, or import one you already have. Lapwing produces a speaker-attributed transcript and a summary you could forward unedited. It also pulls out the decisions that were made and the action items people took on, with owners and due dates whenever those were stated.
Every insight traces back to the moment it was said
Tap the timecode on any key point or decision to jump to that exact line in the transcript, then play the audio from there. Nothing is asserted without a source.
It remembers across meetings
Recurring meetings are threaded together. Action items left open are carried into the next meeting, so you stop rediscovering the same commitments.
Built not to lose a meeting
Recording survives interruptions, phone calls and crashes. Audio is written continuously, and an interrupted session is recovered the next time you open the app. If processing fails, the recording and the transcript are kept, and you can run it again.
Your recordings stay yours
A subscription is required to record or import new meetings. Everything you have already captured stays fully available whether or not you are subscribed. That includes playback, transcripts, summaries and export.
Requirements
Transcription and summarization require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, which means an iPhone 15 Pro or newer. Recording, import and playback work on any supported iPhone.
iOS does not allow any third-party app to record a phone call. To capture a call, record it with the Phone app on your iPhone and import the file.
