- Is this legal advice?
- No. BeforeJD is not a law firm and this is not legal advice. It reads a document and tells you what is in it, what it means for the party signing it, and what to negotiate. On a matter that warrants counsel, use it to arrive at that conversation already knowing what to ask.
- How is business licensing billed?
- Annual licenses, billed once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. When the license year ends, renewing is a decision you make, not one we make for you. Request a quote and we will send a written quote the same business day.
- What happens to our documents?
- The file you upload for a read is deleted seven days after the read, and a backup copy is kept for disaster recovery. The report, and any contract you keep in Contracts, stays until you delete it. The trust page describes retention, encryption, and our subprocessors in plain language.
- Can we pay by purchase order?
- Yes. A written quote, a W-9, and net thirty invoicing are available on request. Ask and they will be sent the same business day.
