When the reviewers disagree on how serious a clause is, the read does not split the difference. It keeps the more protective interpretation. Real risks are never quietly averaged away.

Every finding points to the exact line that triggered it. Anything that cannot be traced back to the words on your page is removed before your report is built.

Measured, not assumed
Most contract tools do not publish how they are evaluated. We do.
The read is checked against a locked benchmark of real commercial contracts from public company filings — more than 13,000 clauses marked up by legal experts across 41 categories. Real agreements between real companies, not invented examples.
A benchmark is only as honest as the discipline behind it. The evaluation set is locked so results cannot be cherry-picked, the same risk-detection measure is tracked over time, and every change to the read must clear a regression check before it ships. On that benchmark the read catches roughly nine of every ten material risks while holding false alarms down. Detection quality is measured, not assumed.
That discipline matters most for the contract that governs your income, your work, or your liability. For a read like that, the rigor is the whole point of doing the review at all.
